The Minimalistic Approach
Some manufacturers took to producing very minimal, very inexpensive systems,
most of which had to be expanded in order to be of much use due to thier
lack of memory and data storage in the base form. These systems introduced a
great many people to microcomputers who otherwise couldn't afford one of the
larger systems.
